MTN (a telco from South Africa) was getting sued by the US Government because during their 20 year occupation and campaign, MTN were paying the Taliban and other village miltia to keep their cellphone towers active. They paid them for their service.

US Government is butthurt about this, took them to court and lost the first round. Looks like they are back in court again.
